Mobley started teaching
through a request to present a workshop to a class held by the International
Trade Mart called the ABC’s of Import/Export, which lead to a part-time
assignment teaching International Marketing and the fundamentals of
Import/Export operations to senior business students at Saint Mary’s Dominican
College in New Orleans (1984).
After relocating to Washington, DC to work on a USAID funded
global AIDS Technical Support Project, Mobley went back to teaching and
consulting as a sustainable bridging mechanism between contracts. He Designed curriculum and presented
workshops and university classes for DC’s Howard University: MBA program courses
“International Marketing” and “Global Business Principles” (1994 – 1997)
